How do you find energy to pursue life goals and to make it through the day when it is so.freakin.exhausting just…. being?
Or do you do what I do which is: find a mindless activity (usually zoning out on Pinterest or binging on Grey’s Anatomy reruns for me personally) and then consider yourself “busy” which creates a false illusion that you are actually super busy and you don’t have time to have energy because then that means you’d have to pursue life goals…
Phew (rant complete).
