Finding Happiness

I have realized that there are few things sweeter than a 10 month border collie snuggling in the morning. Her intentional movement to my side where she flops her head on my chest. Or how she licks my arm to inform me she is awake.

My boyfriend is in prison for a dumbass reason…. so needless to say, any snuggles from non-humans are the best.

Her sleepy eyes looking up at me like she is in love with me. Her white eyelashes blinking against her black fur.

Plus, if you’ve ever had a dog you probably know what dog paws smell like. That “corn-chip” type of smell. The kind you want to keep smelling for hours.
